  • Type appwiz.cpl in the Run dialog box.  You will see a list of installed software. Uninstall non Symantec products by selecting them and then click on Uninstall and Remove 
  • ·   Follow the instructions on the screen and the installation process finish, re-start the computer.

Step 3: Update your Graphic Video Driver.
  • ·      Go to Run dialogue box by pressing Windows + R keys, type the following text in the  dialogue box    devmgmt. msc and then press enter key.
  • ·        Go to device manager window and double click to open Setup Adaptors.
  • ·        Click on the HD graphic card and then find and click on Properties.
  • ·        Check if your driver is updated or not, if it is then download the latest version of graphic card  driver.
  • ·        Select your Video Graphic Card developer.
  • ·        Restart your system to check if issue has been resolved.
